libjson-xs-perl software package provides module for manipulating JSON-formatted data (C/XS-accelerated), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjson-xs-perl
libjson-xs-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjson-xs-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjson-xs-perl *
You will get with libjson-xs-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
